Literally saved me THOUSANDS! Audi dealership in Dallas gave me an estimate of $26,304 to replace a “blown engine” in my daughter’s Q3. I brought the vehicle to CarCo for a second opinion and was very glad I did. A few new parts and $1,300 later my daughters Q3 is back on the road, running great! Very honest and straightforward. I will continue to do business for sure!

My wife and I were visiting family in Louisiana and my car started missing and stalling. I brought it to carco. They told me that my motor was shot. It needed a complete rebuild. I can afford to rebuild the motor while on vacation. I brought to my uncles house. It turns out it was a vacuum line that that disconnect. Runs great again at no cost.

Called for a quote on a engine replacement and they told me that they dont do quotes over the phone and said goodbye rudely and hung up in my face i will never recommend these people to anyone ever

While I recognize the expert craftsmanship of this shops body repairs and painting, the mechanical abilities leave little to be desired. I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 to them to repair and they screwed up the firing order, messed up the timing and let me actually take it away running like complete crap! I had to fix the firing order and readjust the timing to factory adjustment on my own, otherwise they would still have my vehicle, longer than the three and a half weeks they did have it. I had to supply the part for the ultimate repair since the shop manager had no answer for me about where to obtain the part. Ms. Emily was fabulous throughout and I can't seem to wrap my head around how this shop can do business like this.

There was orange peel on every body piece they painted. All the alignments were off, and it’s so bad that the back of my hood is rubbing with the passenger side fender.
