“I always have a good experience here. First, I get to pay a person! So I don't have to worry about losing my money in a machine and then having to go look for someone to get reimbursed, as I have done before at another carwash. Second, the person who takes my money is smiling and courteous and the same is true of the team member who directs me on to the conveyor belt (which can be just a little bit scary!) I'm not really a car person so I just get the basic wash, but the car comes out sparkling clean; so, I'm satisfied. Very satisfied!
Although I get the basic wash I still look at their price board which is very visible ( no hidden charges here!) And the prices appear to be very reasonable, especially if you wash your car on a regular basis. Plus, some items, including the vacuums, are free!
Because Tommy's is located on Thomas Road near the interstate, I don't have to waste time. Drive up. Pay. Be directed through. Turn left ( I'm kinda tired by this time and just want to get home, so I seldom vacumn) . Hit Thomas Road. And within a minute or two I am on the interstate headed home!
