Doesn't open on time. Called 10 mins after they were supposed to open and was given attitude and told 'in a moment'. We waited 5 more mins and left. We spent 150 at the Ruston store. It was a great experience.

On February 3rd we went to this store. I was particularly looking for shoes and socks. It was raining extremely hard outside and we came in under an umbrella. We had been out shopping and the rain caught us. During such time my feet were soaked and I was going to get in some dry shoes and socks. I have a bealls credit card and have been shopping with this store for years. I’ve went as far as shopping in the Marshall Texas store as I get sent there for work. When my wife asked to use the restroom she was denied access. We were told they were “ not working today”. She knew one of the employees. She asked what do you all do when y’all have to use the restroom? The reply was” we all walk down to Brookshire’s” . This is so unacceptable. We will no longer be shopping with this business and I will be sure to cancel my card.

The bathrooms were closed, because "people are nasty" I didn't get to shop like I wanted to, because the bathroom was closed. I did find a few shoes and checked out. I just wish whatever problems they had with the restroom could be solved. I wanted to shop longer, but unfortunately I needed a bathroom.

If your trying to apply for a job here DO NOT! Everytime i’ve been there have been only 2 workers an associate and a manager. I had a interview Monday and it’s now Thursday everytime i go in when i was supposed too i was told to come back or reschedule. You’d think they would need extra help but that’s not a priority
