Bobby the owner worked with me from the beginning to the end. We had a flood in our home and Bobby made it look like a new home. Bobby goes above and beyond to make each customer happy and I just happen to be one of the blessed customers his serviced.

They were honestly very nice on the phone. But that’s all you are going to get unless you have a large job for them to do. $$$$$.I was screwed over by another company who ripped out some old tile and never came back to put the new one in. *NOT this company.*I reached out for some help. They said they were sorry and would be willing to do whatever to help.Someone came out within 2 weeks. Looked at what needed done plus a few more tile repair issues I had around the house.They said it would be easy. A half days worth or work. And they would get me back with an estimate. It took over a month before I got someone to talk to again and it was like pulling teeth to get them to commit. And that was me going to the store itself to talk to someone. Even then. They didn’t want to talk. They had the owner call the day after. They finally said they didn’t know how to help so they didn’t call me back. I asked them me even though I already had the tile and just needed an installer and basic supplies. the owner sounded surprised when I mentioned it and said that the reason they didn’t bother to call me back was because they couldn’t find tile. At least they were honest about purposely not calling back. Still was willing to have them do the work though because the owner sounded genuinely remorseful.Said they all just left out of town to do a big job but they would put me on the books for when they got back but it would be a while. Since it was such a small job he would have to give me a shop minimum. I still even agreed to the very high “F off we don’t want to do this” price because I had already been waiting over a year for another shop to finish what they started even though we already paid. And I was desperate.Been waiting about 2 months since they were supposed to be back in September/October. Or at least that was what I was told and was given the “you are on the list right after we get back” promise. Still radio silence.Don’t let them promise anything unless you have tons of $$$$$. Only thing that will get them moving.I wound up calling someone else last friday. Spending less than 1/3 of their “minimum” to get it done somewhere else.
