I gave this 1 so maybe it will reach the corporate level. WHY THE HECK IS BIG LOTS CLOSED NOW FOR 2 WEEKS??????! THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 2 weeks due to AC issues! You would think the store would fix that AC issue immediately so shoppers can shop and workers work.. I understand completely why no one would shop or work in the extreme heat, but to be closed 2 weeks now?? Is ridiculous..

It's June and very hot. No working air conditioner in the store and they are having to use fans to get by. An employee said the A/C may be out a few more months. Louisiana heat in the Summer is brutal and the employees and customers deserve better.

Guess the owner doesn’t want to pay for ac in the summer, makes it hard for customers to shop comfortably in the heat and for the workers to work comfortably, would not work here or shop! How ridiculous.

It's a good place to shop for some items I guess but every time I come here, they do not have anything that I'm looking for or the item I'm looking for is cheaper at other stores. I've been here alot and rarely get to actually purchase anything.

Currently, it is a slow time of year for big lots. St. Patrick's day just passed, and Easter is 2 weeks away. Business will be picking up when warmer temperatures, spring gardening, and outdoor decorations kick into high gear. Need to return to get the cutest garden accents. Wait too long, and all the cute items are gone. Altho prices may drop later.

This place is in horrible condition. If I could rate it 0 that's what it would get. Don't think about going to the restroom either..there was feces on the wall. Absolutely disgusting!!
