Great experience at Autoplex today. Had an issue while traveling through town. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The price was very fair. I was back on the road quickly. Highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Autoplex Automotive. They repaired my oil leak and AC in my car. My two experiences with them this year has been great. What I like about them is they will send a follow up text asking you if your car is operating properly. They want to make sure they got the job done. Most places don't care from my past experiences. I'm a single female in which I feel I have been taken advantage of in the past. They are honest and professional. They do extremely great work no mechanic shop can be perfect but they do the best with info customers give them but some times they get these knit wits who want to use rasism as cop out to discredit them especially after they bring a vehicle in that should have been scrapped and expected them to work magic at low cost. But in reality auto repair is an expensive trade and customers have to realize that. And when they bring in a terd that may not be repaired easily calling them racists is racist.

I will definitely use autoplex automotive again!!! They had to do air conditioner repair job replacing evaporator core on my dodge ram and replacing door switches for windows....Excellent job and very fair price!! They guarantee their work.... Thank God Craig from southern auto repair sent me to them....he told me they are fair, trustworthy, people and he was right....I will definitely use them again....nothing worse than going to a place only to pick up your vehicle get down the road and the same problem going on as when you dropped your vehicle off.... yeah has happened a couple times....guess what no refund and they want you to pay them again to look at it again or try something else!!!! I am a very satisfied customer and would give them more stars if I could...

Try to avoid using these people. They will not give you a quote on engine repair. They want to break in to engine repeat what you diagonosised and then over charge you to put it back together. Extreme fakes!!!!!! Stay away

They ripped me off $325.They claimed to have replaced a wheel on my son's vehicle but another mechanic said the wheel bearing had never been replaced. They were shown the wheel bearing replaced and would not give it back. I ask for a refund and was told I wasn't going to get a refund because he kept insisting he had replaced it. Anybody could tell the difference between an old wheel bearing and a new wheel bearing. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB and thinking very serious about talking to a lawyer.
