Ceiling is falling in, concrete is so rough it’s difficult to drive or walk over, and in the few months my belongings were stored nearly all of it was ruined from raining fiberglass, rats, and roaches. The back wall of my unit doesn’t even reach the ground. When I asked the owner to come look at the damage in my unit he told me everything would “blow off” and “everyone has to clean sometimes” before stomping away mid-conversation while I am literally crying in labor trying to get all my baby things out of the nasty unit. Nearly all of it is ruined. He only accepts cash for rent so I’m going to have to file a suit through my attorney to get any money back or compensation for damages. Absolutely do not recommend.

NASTY PLACE EVER BAD SERVICES. MY BRAND NEW FURNITURE WAS DESTROY BY MOLD,RATS, SPIDERS,ROACHES AND IT RAINED ON THE INSDE OF EVERYTHING... WHOEVER GAVE THIS MAN GOOD REVIEWS IS A LIE!!!! WILL NEVER USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN!!!!

I rented two storage buildings from Arkansas Storage. Didn't have any problems with the storage building was nice and stuff was fine when I picked it up. The manager/owner was very pleasant along with the staff. I would most definitely rent from them again.
