I took my 2024 Mustang that I just bought to Laney's with a couple of body panel gaps that were from the factory. They took my car and decided after looking that the gaps couldn't really be fixed. But they were totally honest and didn't even charge me for trying. And actually their attempt did actually make the gaps on one panel a little better. So 100% professional all the way around. I would not hesitate to recommend Laney's to anyone. Thanks Laney's for your honesty and professionalism.

Unfortunately, my son‘s vehicle was the recipient of a heavy trash bin crashing into a door during a windstorm.
Fortunately, we were able to have Laney’s Collision Center take the car in for repair. Every thing you would ask for, they did: Timely repair, efficient communication, and exceptional work without any hidden charges.
I HIGHLY recommend contacting them for any repair needs.

Just recently had my car repaired at carstar laneys collision center in West Monroe and they did an amazing job!!! It looks great! The staff are all super friendly and helpful and even gave me a goodie bag as a thank you! 10/10 recommend!!

I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the services at Laney’s Carstar. I have had my car repaired after 4 wrecks and got excellent service. When I could not drive they came and got my car and brought it back to me. Yesterday I took my car for a problem with a piece behind my window that was loose (no appointment) and they repaired it quickly and did not charge me . Very reliable technician !
They are the best!! Ms Tina was very helpful too.

They did an excellent job repairing a dent someone left in the back of my car, I never thought it would look the same after repair but it came out looking like new. Communication between them and my insurance was seamless. Tina did a fantastic job with updating me on the status of my vehicle. Overall, they were efficient and careful with their service. Even detailed the interior of my vehicle, a wonderful surprise!

I've use the one managers before when he had his own business so it was not even a debate where to go. He took great care of me the first time and just as good this time. My car was a total loss but regardless they were kind, understanding, and with a doubt easy to deal with through the whole unpleasant experance of a total loss on my car. Car looks great. Service was ok with the following problems:1. Car took much longer than originally expected.2. Driver’s seat belt would not retract when I went to pick up car—had to leave car so Laneys El Dorado could fix it. So it will take even longer to get it back. Seat belt worked fine when I dropped it off for repair.3. Loved text notifications BUT after original expected completion date - I had to CALL TO GET ANY INFORMATION. No one bothered to update me when plan changed and parts had to be ordered.
