Went through car wash advised to be sure too of car was clean. The top of my car was not clean. I ask for management he said definitely will not rewash. I am an 80 year old disabled veteran and was very upset that I was treated this way.

I love the West Monroe location!! It seems they have new management and it really shows!! My experience was perfect… all the employees were very helpful and super friendly!! I am happy to see positive changes happening at this location and I will definitely be back.

The guy at the window seemed perturbed that I turned down the monthly subscription/fee and rolled his eyes like he thought I was a fool. Other than that, it was really nice, and my car was well washed. Would definitely return (but still wouldn't pay the fee).

Shout out to the two awesome guys at the pay station! I’ve had my subscription to this car wash for almost a year and I can say nothing but great things! My husband has one too and I think he loves it more than me. I travel across the us pretty frequently and have two kids both under two so after our endeavors the car wash is the first place we come when we get home to get a good wash and vacuum!

I had 2 monthly subscriptions with dream wash which I was about to cancel before Amerishine took over. Haven't had a problem since. Always open when they say they are and there is always someone there to help if needed. They also keep cleaner, fragrance, and window cleaner with rags at the vacuums. Great

Bear & Treno are fabulous and what a wonderful car wash!! Very pleased. The only not so convenient thing is the vacuums!! Have to move around at times to find a working one!!

I visit often to keep my car clean. No drive through is perfection. This one comes as close as you can get. Whether it is a full wash and wax or stopping in for the touch up and vacuum, it does the trick. The management and staff are very customer centered and very personable. I like seeing how easy my car is to clean with water and dirt rolling off a great ceramic wax.

I love the Amerishine Carwash on Cypress Street in West Monroe! All of the attendants are always courteous and the car cleaning supplies are always plentiful! The vacuums are always in working order! I especially like the free spray cleaners and complimentary rags!

My husband took our daughter through the haunted car wash. One of the workers hit the windshield and broke it. We immediately reported it. The manager saw the video where we went in with my windshield not broken and pulled out with it broken. But the district manager told him the lighting doesn’t show where he can see the employee breaking it and no malfunction of their equipment! So they told us we can hire an attorney but they won’t be replacing the windshield. The manager agreed they’re responsible but the district manager still refused!
