Thank god we are moving stuff out of this storage . It’s gross . There is rat feces and roaches . We had nothing in here to attract that. The air also stopped working , and for most of the time we used it the lights never worked . Don’t waist your money and time using fortress storage ... Also there was a rat that died that My fiancé had to scoop up himself . It’s suppose to be climate controlled.. yet it’s not . Shannon was great . The new people need to step their game up.
