6 o'clock in the evening people are on their way home and there aint no chicken at this place they close and clean in the friars shouldn't they have done that in the middle of the night when people are on their way home getting food. Whatever you do don't stop here for chicken they probably aint got none

This particular Krispy Krunchy is closed more than it's open. Doesn't matter what sign says they close early all the time. And not just a few minutes. Couple hours. Today I went at 2:15 it was closed even though sign says til 6. I get that you may not have enough workers but it is very frustrating when you go and they are closed.

The soda fountain machine has been broke for a couple of months this store is convenient for me but I find myself driving out of the way to get a fountain drink hopefully you can fix it soon

After Church my children wanted some good old On The Run Chicken. When we arrived, the was a very unhappy customer that was waiting on her food. She asked the cashier if her pizza was ready (after waiting 2 hours). The cashier's response was, no you left so we didn't cook it. Although the young lady was upset, she asked the cashier for a refund. The cashier's response was.... "YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND WITH EBT!!! The young lady was very offended by this statement because, she paid with cash!!! As a customer and a woman in customer service, that was very unprofessional and very offensive!!! As hard as times are now, everyone has an EBT card or wish they had one to feed their families. Just because I person doesn't look like you or the way you feel they should look. That does not give you the right to judge or treat them any different!!! As much as we love eating here, if this is the way you all look at people of color... Shame On You

Arrived around 6:00 pm. They were out of some of the sides, told would take 25 minutes to make more chicken . I was given a dinner roll because the buttered biscuits were hard enough to break glass . My little boys chicken tenders were bloody . I will never order food again from that establishment . Only wish I could give less than 1 star because that's too high

This place needs an intervention in race relations. I came in one night, I get to the register and they stand there staring at me before she says " my register is closed" trying to put it off as a joke, but clearly she meant it. So I ask for some tobacco products, and she says to her co worker," oh he's one of these black guys". I asked her what she meant and made some joking comment as if she's "cool". I call the store the next day and the manager denies any one works there with the description I gave to her. Called corporate and they never called back. Someone needs to let them know its 2019, not 1619!!

Locally terrible! As a customer the clerks do nothing but talk about management and co workers. A guy had his credit card stolen recently... Their bathrooms are disgusting and no one running the store is available. They are extremely rude and mostly slow. You’ll almost always walk in on a cashier talking about coworkers to regular customers. Very trashy and over dramatic. The service is unprofessional and they let regulars hold the line. Over priced products too...bang is cheaper at Walmart. The chicken side clerk has a bad attitude and is always running her mouth...they treat their employees with disrespect in front of customers on their chicken side.
