“The store has been revamped with the new management that just took over in the last couple months. Thanks to the new leadership putting in work to ensure we have a clean and friendly environment to shop at when we need those quick items.”
“Fun to look for obscure cheap items great for finding drink mixes and cheese dipping sauce for cheap, if I had kids id go here to get lunch prep for them they have a great selection on snack items for the price”
“My favorite dollar store. Its always clean and organized. Only problem i ever had here is i always have to wait for cashere to come check me out, or they don't have the key to the cigarette cabinet and this is a problem because sometimes I walk from my home to the store(1.25 mile walk one way) I still would prefer this store over another one any day of the week.”
“This store is clean the staff is nice an very helpful. The dollar store used to be a inexpensive alternative to the higher-priced stores. You used to be able to get high quality at lower prices. BUT over the last six or seven years it seems as though the prices of their merchandise have gotten more expensive, and the quality and quantity has become less and less over the years. So now the items you usually find, that's cheaper than Walmart, end up being a smaller size, an if your not careful, you will not notice the size being slightly smaller (that's how they trick you), so definitely pay attention not only to the price, but the quantity or size the product lists.”

“I will go out of my way to go here versus a couple others in the area. Clean and organized almost all the time. I can actually find things and the shelves are tidy and there's not stuff everywhere in the way. I really appreciate the effort they put in to make it a pleasant shopping experience!”
“Lots of great things in this store and it is placed where I do alot of shopping I enjoyed that it has all self check out which allows you to move at your own pace to get in and out. I was super thankful for that when I went because I was under time constraints.”
“It would really be nice when you walk into a store and the cashier is 5 feet from you and she sees you, she should say hello. Also when you walk up to the register she should ask you how are you, something not stand there and look at you.”
“Friendly staff. Went in to grab a few things, but wanted to use cash instead of my debit card. Needed 18 cents and was debating on getting change from my car or just using my debit card, the employee (manager?) said she would cover the 18 cents. So that was a nice experience, made things convenient for me.”
“I personally enjoyed my visit today at the Dollar General in Denham Springs off of range! I was in and out fairly quick there was actually a large amount of holiday stuff to choose from and of course I'm usually always happy with the prices”

A few new faces the past few times I went in not friendly at all dont even talk much and people Just go in that store and rob it blind there is not an ile u go down that the shelves are stuffed with open paper boxes and the stuff missing that is really sad if u have to go to a DOLLAR STORE AND STEAL u must really be bad off thsnks,”
“Best place to steal from. They even put a sign up front telling you when no one is available to check you out because they are busy with freight. I'm not hating...but it seems like a good invitation for thieves. Why is the DG expanding when it can't even staff its current stores?”
