Prices are unbeatable. 24hr access to units is incredible. Ive heard of people paying years in advance to store here they love it so much. This place is a local gem! Miss Peggy(s) are absolutely amazing to work with, they are kind and attentive to anything needed.

I am very upset with the location on walker north in walker Louisiana. I paid my bill on the 6th of October and I went to my storage building on Sunday October 15th they had a lock on my storage for non payment which is was paid on the 6th. I'm never late I always pay my unit but this month I was one day late and put a lock what a inconvenience it was for me. If the policy is paid a day late and they put a lock on it then y'all should have someone or some system where the lock is off the day you pay or the day after. Not ran very well.

Super dissatisfied about charges. Super friendly when picking up the rental truck. But I'ma need ya to calm down now. I brought the truck back filled over, clean, and went less than 20 miles. Yet got slapped with charges for all of the above.

I very much recommend this branch! I went in there to get boxes but they’re out. The gentleman though was very accommodating, super nice and he even referred me to the places where I can get my boxes. Awesome customer service!

I’ve had a storage unit with CCLA for 7 years now. The facility itself is always very neat and clean. The folks there are phenomenal. If I have questions, I get a timely answer. They are always so nice. And if I forget to pay my rent, I get a phone call from them to remind me before a late charge kicks in. I highly recommend CCLA. As a matter of fact, my brother recently rented a unit there based on my recommendation and what he’s seen when he goes to my unit.
