For Aunt Janet Mizell. The tech, Mike Morgan, who did the installation for internet was fantastic! Mike was friendly and very knowledgeable! Everyone at Vyve has been outstanding.UPDATEI have had Vyve Broadband internet for a while now, and have little to no issues. I decided to switch our home telephone service from AT&T (formerly BellSouth, and whom we were loyal customers since my grandmother and grandfather had the telephone service turned on in 1965) because our bill was over $120.00 each month. That was for telephone service, inside wire maintenance, call waiting, and unlimited long distance (which we were "grandfather'd" in to). Besides taxes and fees, I am unsure why those things would be THAT expensive.I added digital telephone service through Vyve Broadband for only $30.00* each month (*about). A savings, to me, of about $90.00 each month!Vyve Broadband took care of everything for me. I even got to keep the same home telephone number that I've had for years! That meant I didn't have to make endless calls to family, friends, doctors, clinics, dentists, schools, insurance companies, etc., as well as every utility company, to update my home telephone number!! I didn't even have to call AT&T to cancel my service!Vyve Broadband is truly an OUTSTANDING company, with employees who are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. They TRULY appreciate your business and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied and have the best possible prices for the services you need!!

I've had their service for about a month and a half because we recently moved and our previous carrier isn't offered here. I've seen this message and been without internet and cable approximately 70 PERCENT(70%) of the time that I've had their service. Not to mention that the package they offered us and that we originally paid for isn't even available in this area! ? Very disappointed in the service.

Horrible horrible service. Can’t go a week without having to call for my service not working and them trying to over charge me. This company should just go out of business. Your better off just using your phone provider for internet. Take my advice don’t do business with them

I had got the 200mpbs for 60 and its nice when it works. But expect your internet to go offline atleast once every two weeks. Very annoying.

Mark the technician that came out today was awesome he answered all the questions I had for him and got everything hooked up for me in a timely manner even with the weather nasty outside he was still a very cheerful guy so far 5 stars

I gave one star because I had to, if were up to me they would get NONE!. The worst Internet Service I've ever paid for in my life! I purchased 50 mbps and rarely reach the speed I pay for every month, normal speed I get (by testing on daily basis, sometimes several times a day) is 15 mbps to 25 mbps. I cannot believe this company is still in business, mostly because they offer service in areas people do no have another choice! My Internet service goes completely down at least once a day, sometimes four or five times a day. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I can't wait to move out of this area, so I can have AT & T U-verse again, which is the best Internet service I've ever paid for, in a year and a half I lost my service 1 time.THIS IS A HORRIBLE INTERNET PROVIDER!!!!!!!So technician came out and hooked up two ugly splitters to my modem and said this would solve my problems, yeah right I've still had problems everyday with my Internet connection and speed. Today my speed is testing between 7mbps and 25 mbps and I'm paying for 50 mbps! There has not been one day since getting this service hooked up I've not had problems, or actually got the speed I'm paying for, people if you have a choice DO NOT CHOOSE this Internet provider!! I wish I had a choice!!!So Internet went down once again today. this makes about 3 to 4 times today, and speeds have ranged from 4 mbps to 30 mbps, more to the low end all day, take a look at the pic posted of my speed test, I've never had a worse service in my life! DO NOT USE VYVE INTERNET SERVICE!
