The technician Pete scinpmi was the best one by has considering he fixed something that none of the other technicians could get fixed for the past 7 months and got my internet working the way it's supposed to

Mark the technician that came out today was awesome he answered all the questions I had for him and got everything hooked up for me in a timely manner even with the weather nasty outside he was still a very cheerful guy so far 5 stars
