Asked if they had any advice on the chainsaw I was renting. Told me not tighten up that nut too much when adjusting the chain. Then charged me 5.50 for the missing nut. Will not go back if I can find it somewhere else

Bought a mower there today. Good price, and staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and spent well over an hour explaining maintenance requirements, features, etc. Will def be back
