I had an issue with my control panel. I was stressing because I didn’t want to have to bring in my camper. So I called Rick’s and they helped me so very much. We tried a couple of things and when that didn’t work I got even more stressed. They calmed me down and said just take some pictures of the panel and we will order you a new one, and you don’t have to bring in your camper. I was so relieved! They made it very easy to get my problem resolved.They are always so helpful!

One of the best places to buy your rv! I bought mine there 4 years ago and had only minor issues. The few times that I had issues the folks at Rick RV Sales help without a problem and resolved my issues in a very timely manner! Wouldn’t buy, or deal anywhere else!My next RV will be purchased there as well!

Everyone here is so nice and very well educated with all the products they sell. Purchased a new Keystone Montana Legacy in November 2021. Had one small issue while on our first trip called them up walk me thru it 2 minutes later it was fixed. Absolutely love this dealership. Highly recommend. Everyone loves there job which makes dealing with them awesome.

By far, one of the best experiences I've ever had making a purchase that involved salesmen. First off they go through their products completely before putting them for sale. Also they do not pressure you into making a purchase that "they think" is right for you. The entire process was a breeze and was all done in a timely manor. On our first trip out with our new RV, there was an issue that arose with the hot water heater that turned out to be minor and was fault of the manufacturer. Gave them a call and they stayed on the phone and helped diagnose the problem so that I could finish my trip and didn't have to pack up and bring the unit back to them for the service department to look at it, which is normally what dealers do. They go above and beyond even after the purchase.
