Horrible Horrible customer service.I was lied to, point blank. I placed a Goodie basket order for my 10 year old son, 10 days before Valentine’s Day. I was told yes it would be delivered on Valentine’s Day. It wasn't delivered. Called this morning and was told that they did not have a deliver driver yesterday. I did NOT get a call from them either to inform me. Owner said that isn't our policy to call. WOW.. Don't waste your time with this place. Owner is rude. Don't see how this place is in business.

0⭐️ rating. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday online, entered address for delivery on the following day, paid for and was charged the advertised price of flowers, plus delivery. The following day I could not contact them. It was on the next Monday before I was able to contact them. No attempt had been made by them to contact me. When I spoke with Mr Larry, he talked to me like I was crazy for expecting him to deliver flowers to Mamou for that price. ($35 for flowers plus $10 delivery). He gave multiple reasons why it was my fault that they weren’t delivered, such as “I should’ve ordered them sooner, knowing it was her birthday”. He also blamed a mistake on the website. Claimed it was the wrong price and it wasn’t his fault. He stated that if he had to “take the loss every time there was a mistake, he wouldn’t be in business.” Apparently there’s a lot of “mistakes”. Doing business like this, idk how he’s still in business anyhow. He flat out refused to deliver the flowers, even on Monday, for the advertised price. Only resolve was to refund what I had spent.

My wife Joanne Savoy was treated very rudely by this shops owner, these are her comments .... 0 rating --- I called to place an order for delivery of flowers on Friday . I asked 3 times if it could be delivered on Saturday and was told YES. They did not even attempt to deliver on Saturday as they claimed they were too busy. They should have then let me know and I would have canceled my order as my gift was time sensitive. I was told on Wednesday they do not call in advance and I told them I was asked for the recipients number cause they do call in advance. They even called her in advance on Monday before delivery. It also came to my attention after the delivery the recipient was not home on the weekend, which I did not know. But they did not know either cause they had not even tried to contact her until Monday. I tried to discuss this with the owner and he hung up on me cause he said they were delivered and she liked them. I was asking for my delivery fee back since it should not have been delivered on Monday. He hung up on me. The whole issue is we had a contractual agreement to deliver on Saturday and there was NO ATTEMPT to do so until Monday. LARRY WAS VERY RUDE, not because he would not give me some compensation but because he would only keep saying they were delivered.

Very disappointed in the quality of the arranging. I only saw the flowers from a photo, but they look like something that was just placed in a face with no thought or care to composition. Maybe they were fresh, I don't know, but I know that when I spend $65 on a birthday arrangement for a gift, I expect much better.

Absolutely recommend Maes! I found an arrangement on a website, Maes created it for me. When I saw it I cried. It was for my mothers funeral. It was exactly what I wanted.
