the WORST service in the ville platte area. i can’t get any other service where i’m located so i have no choice. they’re prices are high for the lowest speed ever.

My phone and Internet are dead for 17 days so far. Several repair appointments were made and nobody ever showed up. They either cancel the appointments, or mark them "completed". Representatives on CenturyLink chat refuse to explain what is going on and tell me to call customer service. Customer service operators say they can't help me, but to keep my cell phone available - manager will call me. Well, it's been over two weeks and no call from the manager. They didn't forget to send me a bill for the full amount though.One star is much overrated. How about minus 97?

For the love of God! Just give me a local freaking number to talk so SOMEONE with Brightspeed and not an out of country phone tag runaround! LOCAL PROBLEMS NEED LOCAL PEOPLE! All I want to do is find out when and if someone is coming to fix our inter service for the area cut by the parish during road work. I was on the phone yesterday for almost and hour and they know nothing about the outage when people on FB plainly had talked to someone and their saying 2-3 months no Internet which is not acceptable. Today I call and my wife's number can't be found so I can't even get ahold of ANYONE. No talk to an operator option. Not their fault the lines were cut but, absolutely no information to see if anyone is going to do anything any time soon.

I had my internet upgraded and the technician came out and changed the wiring outside but didn't bring the modem to go with the new wiring. I have been trying to contact them about this with no response. I have been without internet for 3days and counting. I'm about to change my provider all together. I also have been trying to get them to disconnect my landline for about 3 weeks and it's still connected. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible company and service. Twice the technician just didn't show up the entire day. Once the tech cancelled my account after asking why he didn't show up to cover him self. If I could give zero stars I would. You're an embarrassment to a tech company. Just terrible.

I honestly want to disconnect . HORRIBLE . . I've been hung up on over an over since over a week ago .I waited all day for a technician last Friday . No one showed . Same this Tuesday. WORSE service . I've explained I am a college student an I have assignments due ... currently pricing other companies ...
