I came in last week not long after they opened and asked if they accepted walk-in's. The girl said only if we aren't busy. I asked "ok, so you are accepting walk-in's right now? or is it by appointment only" she stated again "only if we aren't busy" I informed her that I only wanted a trim, she said she had another client in the back doing color.
