How dare you all call someone who's had two fistula surgeries and speak to them like they are common trash due to their illness. I have stage 4 kidney disease, and I paid on time, early, and over the amount due. Some lady (Emily) called my phone and spoke to me in a threatening tone and assured me that this matter is “going legal” I’m struggling with my illness and receiving a call like this in the midst of crying over bills. Whatever happened to human decency? To kick a person while they are down is very low. Then talk to them as if they are lower than dirt…
