For a small town there aren't many choices but this place tends to have a lot of people so I stopped in today with family. I feel like they rush you here and yell at you to rush you out of the way. I was struggling to pick a color and just ended up picking something after some woman yelled at me for asking a question. Only bright side is the cost but the service is very poor. Tbh I only come as a last resort when in the area, definitely small town energy and they should be careful speaking badly about customers in a different language just because they assume we can't understand.

The owner is always polite, each time I go I always get someone different, I don't mind because I usually always get someone that does good work. Especially today ! But I'm assuming it's the owners wife that is always low key rude. The way she speaks toward certain customers, her body language and the way she has rolled her eyes, when she thinks you wasnt looking and it seems everytime I get there she starts speaking in her native language, looking in my direction and giggling and sometimes the person working on my nails will look up as to see if I'm noticing. They assume americans don't realize they are talking about you because you don't know their language. I stopped going there for a long time because of the way it is over went back twice since the last trip. I may just have to stop permanently .

I think some of the reviews may be posted by owners, because this place is not good at all. They don't listen to what you ask for and cannot even match a picture that you provided. My woman didn't even know what a certain shape was (squaoval). I showed her a picture. Easy to follow right? Well her attitude was "I will give you what I want to give you and you have to put up and shut up. I ended up with a coffin shape. Not at all what I asked. Not what was shown in my pic either. But, she can play the "I don't understand your language" card, and get away with this. That is why I showed her a picture.Also, they assume that no one will ever come in their location who speaks their language. The woman say very ugly things about the person they are working on. Name calling and weight shaming. You never know who might come in that is bi-lingual.Finally, the owner was very excited to tell me about a new location in Denham Springs. My first thought was that I will never go there and will share my experience with my locals in the DS area about the Vidalia location and how his employees (and him because he sat right there and heard a few of her comments - no action was taken). To the owner: Get ahold of your people and don't allow rude behavior.

I love VIP Nails and would choose them over any others. Although the wait time could be lengthy so I recommend you going during the week on slower days. They have free refreshments and John is the absolute best. He knows everyone by name and he is very friendly and funny. He makes the wait worth it. He's my favorite tech..Service: Pedicure

My husband & I like getting pedicures every couple of months & we like to splurge & get whatever package that has all the bells & whistles. Since we were in the Natchez/Vidalia area, we decided to try VIP Nails & paid for their deluxe package. The pedicure itself was okay, but aside from getting the bottoms of my feet slapped a time or 3, there were no bells OR whistles. Definitely NOT worth the extra cost. My toenails now have an odd round shape that just looks weird. If they would've paid less attention to their TV & more attention to their work, we might've been happier. And we would've left a bigger tip.

Every time I go there I’m never satisfied with my nails. The guy who did my nails was disrespectful and unprofessional. He did my nails wrong and had attitude about it. he also cheated me out my money he told me that my foot is “$30” and said ok and my nails are “55” I said ok again I knew something was wrong because my nails and foot always the same price so. When he finally got done it took him like five hours we to go pay for it he said it’s “$95” I told him no it’s $85 and he had the nerve to say “actually it’s a $100 even” watch out they make their own prices I’m so mad nails look like something that a kid would wearServices: Pedicure

I've never left a negative review; however, I feel it's warranted. Monday, I had my dip removed and a regular manicure with polish. By Wednesday, my nails were chipped; they look horrible. I don't recall a base coat or top coat being used. She applied 2 heavy coats of polish.The girl was definitely not friendly; she sat on her phone while my nails were under a light. I DID note that some of the tools were just placed in a drawer to be used on the next person. I regret not walking out!!!!!
