“This has always has been the best boudin in Louisiana. Their service and attitudes are excellent. The boudin is not “minced” meat and the rice is not mushy Amazing flavor and they don’t need to cut the boudin for you, it’s so perfect that the casing snaps when you bite it. Their smoked and jalapeño smoked sausage is excellent as well.They never miss!????”
“Oh good golly Ms. Molly. That boy Jacob really knows his stuff. He's a master of the blade. Dice up a steak in no time. I once saw him cut water into hydrogen and oxygen. Yeah he's that good. He can tell you anything you want to know. Just don't ask him how he likes his steak cooked! The service is great and Jacob is the king of service. Service with a smile? Try service with entertainment. He'll have you rolling in 5 seconds flat. Also the place looks cute and he brightens up the atmosphere.Edit: Jacob left the meat market and with that all the light of this world has now faded. Woe.”

“Love my local country store! They have some of the BEST fresh cut and fresh smoked meat I've ever had. I love their 7-steak and pure pork sausage! Tobacco prices are very reasonable as well. My vehicles get really good mileage when using their gas. Nothing but good things to say about Leger's!!”
