I spend hundreds a month at Walgreens for myself and family and there is always an issue with pick up. It never fails, we wait in a 30min to 1 hour line to be told the script is not ready, we have to call your doctor, or there’s an issue with insurance. By the way, I use the ap on my phone and get texts which never indicate any issue until I get there to deal with your untrained employees. All gets resolved after the third trip there when there actually is no change needed. Switching to another company all together for our future needs.

This Walgreens (South Acadia Rd in Thibodaux) is the ABSOLUTE WORST with their pharmacy. They are closest to home so I keep giving chances. That part is my mistake. I have never had a prescription be filled in their quoted time, ever. Not once. I sat in line in the drive up once for 15 minutes, got out of that line and went inside, waited 15 more minutes and still got helped before the car sitting outside ahead of me was helped.
