I started with my dog there-the person I bought my dog from had me meet him there for initial vaccinations. So I followed up there. So then I have a female whom my male impregnates. I wasnt really counting on this but it happens. I order an x-ray or ultrasound to get an idea of what I can expect and prepare for it all.So they begin the ultrasound on her left side and the vet shows me the pups-three of them. Then she stops and tells me it is over. I ask her if that is it, how many "am I looking at three", what about the other side. She absolutely ignores my question like I am not even there.I understand they don't want to make any false claims but that is the point- a general idea.Four people were in that room and four people totally ignored me without any explanation!No thanks, there are better vets out there.

I highly recommend Lafourche animal hospital. Dr. Bollinger and her staff are extremely friendly and informative. I raise pembroke welsh corgis and they have been awesome and helpful. Nice down home feel while you are in the office which is extremely hard to find now days.

HIGHLY recommend! The nicest staff, everything is cleaned from top to bottom, and the doctor is so down to earth. We are never waiting long! VERY trustworthy! Ghostey loves it here!!! ?

We drove out here today to get our two pet pigs checked up. Dr. Anna is absolutely amazing. She took her time with them, did a full exam, cleaned their ears. And we were off. I 100% would recommend this vet. We will be returning for any needs we have with Frank & Beans.

I’m so thankful for the time and patience that the doctors and staff have with me and my fur babies. They take time to answer all of my many questions to make sure that my pets are safe, happy, and healthy.

I'll NEVER be back to this place!!! Dr. Bollinger needs to go back to school and learn how to speak to her clients and take Skylar with her!!! I have been taking my pets here for as long as I can remember and I've never been treated with such disrespect as I was today! On May 20th, I called and spoke to Morgan to schedule a nail trim for my dogs. I mistakenly marked the wrong day on my calendar. This morning I called to verify that my appointment was at 1030 and Skylar informed me that it was supposed to the day before. I apologized for my misunderstanding and asked when could I reschedule. Skylar said there was actually an opening at 1030 today. PERFECT! I also asked if that was the earliest availability and she said yes! At 1032 I called and spoke to Morgan again and let her know I made a wrong turn but I was on my way. I walked in the door at 1036, I was the only client in the lobby. Reba took me into the exam room almost immediately and got a weight on my dog. It was 1052 when Skylar walked in the room and said very rudely "since you were late do you mind waiting for the other 2 appointments that were on time." I agreed but I was very upset about how I was spoken to so while I was waiting I called other local vets to see if they had availability for new clients. I decided to go back inside and get my pets recorders because no one should be spoken to that way and I felt like the attitude was directed towards me Moreno because I missed the appointment the day before. I guess they are perfect and don't make mistakes ?♀️ God bless em! Dr. Bollinger decided to put her two cents in and rudely tell me " I don't know what to tell you. You missed an appointment yesterday and were late today." I replied "you are right I did and I was 6 minutes late. I just want my pets records." She says "your appointment was at 1015" to which I replied "no it was supposed to be at 1030 and I walked in at 1036 and I called to say I was going to be late and I was told it was ok. Again it doesn't matter I've already spoken to another veterinarian and I just want me pets records!" The attitudes of the staff was totally uncalled for. I will never be back. I will share my experiences with anyone that I know is looking for a vet. And I will be posting this as a public post on my page and filing a formal complaint with the BBB! Treat others how you want to be treated!
