Despite having just used my card at the Huddle House (great food and service by the way,) I was told my card was either “frozen” or that I simply didn’t know my PIN whenever I tried to buy a few items for $10. One card reader apparently didn’t work at all, and the one that did “work,” I was expected to believe my card wouldn’t transact due to my own complications. Absolute bogus considering I used it no more than 3 minutes prior. To blame a technical error on the customer is completely condescending. For whatever reason, the cashier couldn’t just tell me their equipment is faulty, which it clearly is.

Several people have told me to try the breakfast. I have attempted to get food here at least 8 times and I’m always told they aren’t serving food. Today I stopped in and I asked what was available that was good. The staff at the food counter basically apologized. Gave no recommendation for what was available. I asked what the hours were and the young man explained they serve food from 6 am -2 pm. It’s 10 am and you can’t give e anything? It’s disappointing. I am worth serving. I shouldn’t have to beg for food that I am willing to pay for. I can promise that I’m not ever going to try to get food here again.

Worker tells me i couldnt go in (without a mask) but she wasnt wearing hers. It was around her neck. Wish i wouldve got her name because i would’ve posted it here. If you want people to wear a mask in the store. Management needs to make sure their workers are doing so as well.
