I'm going to give a long and honest review about this one on Saint Mary Street. I bought 3 tires from them for 150. That's pretty good however one of the tires I got was defective and I expressed this a day after and told them they swapped it to the back and I told him I'd test it out and see if it helps after driving my car for another few days I realized the tire was balding already. I expressed this to them and the guy with the pubes on his face was like there's no warranty which I understand but I got the tire within 7 days. I expressed the back tire is wobbly that he switched and if they had my original tire I'd just use that and he said they threw it away. I expressed this problem was expressed twice and they dismissed it and he said it wasn't his problem. I then said it's your shop and it is his problem and he said he's not the owner when I asked to speak to the manager he said he don't know when he'd be back I asked 5 more times then he said the manager will be in Monday.
This was unacceptable behavior from this company and I'm writing this long review to let you all know they are cheap and will get it changed quickly but if you have issues they will take 0 responsibility for it. That's why I have to give them a 2 star review.

Absolute trash. DON’T GO HERE. Took my car here in Thibodaux, got new tires. Car was shaking after. Brought it back and they rearranged some. Still shaking. Now brought it somewhere else. Said 3 out of four tires were out of balance and now both back rims are messed up. Livid. Worst place, should be shut down bc obviously they dk what they are doing and ripping people off

I left this place a 5 star review yesterday cause I got 2 used tires that look brand new for $100. I wake up this morning and one was flat and the valve cover was gone. There were 2 men working on the tires, one was excellent he checked the tire for leaks before putting it on. The other guy, which is the main guy, didn't check the tire that is now flat. Watch careful when having your tires done here.

$45.00 for a used tire refused to balance it. Not the most honest place in town. Even though I speak perfect Spanish I didn't tell them at first. They where very embarrassed when they found out I do.
