I recommend you to join !! It’s friendly, comfortable, nonjudgmental, and exhilarating!! It’s 30 minutes of a great workout to really get your sweat on !! Best part is having a guide (trainer) to keep you on track and motivate you to keep going !! Just one downfall is the hours! With my work schedule it’s a bit difficult for me to fit into the scheduled hours of operation! Other than that it’s a great experience!!

I love My Zone. Since I started this I’ve been doing a lot more. Couldn’t go to the gym for 2 weeks but with my zone I exercised at home and it recorded my progress ❤️

Curves Memphis on Quince staff Lauren and Amy are very straightforward, kind, and encouraging. They help you to set realistic goals with accountability. The gym members I met are kind and help make workouts fun. The workouts are burn calories and burn body fat effective, body challenging, and fun. The machines are different and effective.
