Bought a refurbished phone non of the apps work they honored the warranty

They have good phone. Brake easily. Have to have insurance to get phone fixed. Have to send in phone then wait to receive new one in mail. Cant fix phones instore. Service is about the same as AT&T being they are there mother company.
