Although I do not have an account with Chase, I occasionally visit for business. The employees are always courteous and helpful. In my experience the wait times are minimized by the efficiency of staff. Particular kudos to Michelle who has been knowledgeable, efficient and understanding handling my particular business needs.

Its a hit or miss if you're looking for a working atm. Today cash couldn't be dispensed. The 2 drive-through atms maybe broken more than working. I was able to make a deposit though. There are more "panhandling" occurring at the banks entrance which i thought was banned in the parish?

Went to get money drive-thru Bunch cars I called for lady she states she talking to another lane that lane was on phone window up so wasn't talking was attitude

Anytime I have an issue with my checking account, Jason, this branches financial advisor, has always gone over & beyond to help me. With everything going on (from a financial view), he reminded me of why I've trusted in Chase Bank since I was able to open an account.

This bank has very nice and professional tellers. You never have to wait very long in the drive in banking line. When you go through the drive up banking line the bank tellers in the window serve your requests very quickly and efficiently. They have always been very accurate with all my transactions. I have never had any mistakes made by them on any of my bank transactions. They are always very nice to my children as well. When I was a child I used to look forward to getting a lollipop every time I went to the bank with my grandmother. Now everytime my children are in the car with me these bank tellers give them a lollipop. That is such a treat for them! Very Sweet! Overall the customer service that I receive there is always very top notch! I will definitely recommend this place to others and I will continue to use this bank location for all of my banking needs.

my only issue is the that I would get my account balance and activity extremely late. I went from over 6k to nothing in less than 2 wks because of late notices on my account.

The beauty with this bank is that most of it is done online so I don't really have to go to the physical building very often. Most transactions are done online. The main reason I step on foot on the premises is when I am buying foreign currency. That is always a good time. Another benefit of this bank is that there are ATM branches splattered across the country.
