When I call my branch, I want to speak to someone there!I do not want to go to a website!!! Personal service is a must when dealing with People's money! I mean...REALLY!!! MY HUSBAND & I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING BANKS! I think it is about time to do it/: Oh...FYI...your employees do not need to wear masks! haven't you hear??? They do not work!!!!!

I currently work 2 jobs. I’m not able to do bank hours. So I opened my account online, and I’m now able to do direct deposits from both jobs. I’m able to check my credit score and I’ve opened a savings account. When I do need to go inside I have had very nice tellers. I’m very pleased with this bank.

I finally convinced my elderly father to get a debit card instead of using a charge card and paying the balance every month. Capital One was incapable of linking a debit card to his checking account, mailing two separate cards that even the bank employee couldn't activate. After the third attempt at a card Dad said forget it and we walked out of the No. Canal branch. Total incompetence from the top down.

Inside of bank locked. It's 10:16am. Only drive thru and it's ridiculous. This is the most horrible bank experience ever. Closing account soon!

The ATM is often not working. It was not today. Went to drive though with only 2 cars ahead and took 20 min. The inside computers were down as well. Time for a new bank.

Terrible service. Cashiers are rude and management is incompetent.Edit: This bank is getting worse and worse! 9 times out of 10 lobby is locked for bad weather even though it's not even raining, if lobby is open there are only 1 or 2 cashiers with a line of customers out the door!!!Today: lobby is closed again. Asked in drive thru reason why lobby is closed, was told the bank does not have the staff to open the lobby. If you can't afford to pay enough people to run this bank properly, why the heck am I depositing my money here??

Added a weeks worth of paycheck to my account on Friday, 12:00pm. It is Sunday, 9:00am and still broke. I had plans for my sons birthday but everything is cancelled because I’m have no money!

I deposited a money order and now it's Saturday and went to grocery shop for me and my kids and they still haven't deposited the money to my account and they said it is gonna be 4 more days till it is available so I trust them with my own hard earned money and I can't even use to to provide for my family. Do not bank with these crooks there are much better options they won't even allow me to close my account and have it back this place is worthless. Don't come here
