Made a reservation for a trailer. Drove almost an hour to this location just to get a call as I was about to pull into the parking lot that the reservation was being cancelled. Lady said something about she was getting off in an hour when it was specified that I was about to arrive to pick up the trailer. She was rude and lacked customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. I contacted Uhaul and did receive my $50 refund because they guarantee a reservation. Would recommend Uhaul just not arranging their rentals through this business.

I just had major repairs done by the folks at autocenter in Thibodaux and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work or reasonableness of the price. Now when I say major repairs I'm talking about changing motors. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and if an issue came up I was called and given options on how I wanted it handled. That said at the end there were no surprises when I got the bill for the work which I'll say was expert quality. I couldn't be happie!

Had to retrieve a towed vehicle and pay for a day of storage when the car was there less than two hours towing bill with storage was almost 400 dollars I found this a little high compared to other companies in the area

If you have them pick up your vehicle from an accident on the weekend, be warned you may not be able to get access to your car to clean it out until it's convenient for them to answer their phone or when they open on Monday morning. I was told by John to call and give him an hour notice for him to meet me at the facility and I can't get in touch with him to get my things. I live out of state and can't get anyone to pick up the phone so I can get my things to head back home.
