I’ve been a TNT customer for years but as of now I will not be returning. During my last two recent visits I experienced VERY unpleasant customer service. One of the workers (only guy with tattoos on his arms) got mad because he jacked up the wrong side of my car. He stormed off and left my car on the jack and also threw the lug nut drill down so viciously it almost hit me. Another worker who is always very nice to me had to come and take my car off the jack. I refused service after that maniac episode. NOLA Tires is already stealing their customers, you’d think they would try to keep the little to none customers they do have. Smh

I've been to this place atleast 5 to 10 times over the past 15 years and received very average service which was not a problem but It's November 28 2023 and I tried them today and about 8 months ago and decided I didn't want to spend my money with them because I have never been to a tire shop and the workers expect you to get out of your car and come all the way into the shop to get service. These guys literally stood up once I pulled all the way into the shop stared at me and I guess when I didn't get out they sat back down This came off as very unprofessional arrogant rude and condescending so I left both times

Fast, friendly and cheap! What more can you ask for? Had a slow tire leak - they had it repaired, restored and me on my way within 10 minutes.

Very nasty attitude towards ppl. I'm not sure if it's just black ppl. Called me stupid instead of just helping me. Lucky I've been reading my Quran and praying lately.

This place was terrible. They were rude and unprofessional. Broke my rims and didn't own up to it then blamed another tire shop for breaking my rims. Came to them calmly and asked if they could fix it or give my money back. They proceeded to tell me it wasn't them and that they had nothing to do with it then blamed it on another man and then proceeded to tell me that I was ignorant and ghetto and then proceeded to tell me "black people are ignorant" and things like "*sighs*black people"

Great place for new and used tires. I couldn't find 4 new tires anywhere for my SUV, which has an odd tire size. I bought 4 online at Tire Rack, had them delivered directly to TNT the very next day, then TNT balanced and installed them for me on the spot. They only charged me for the installation and didn't charge me anything for receiving the shipment. I saved a ton of money and my car rides like a dream.

Horrible business Price is too high to do a patch And they became very rude and told to go somewhere else to save money I would not recommend this place
