I love Rio both locations I am always able to find something nice. They are a little pricey but I feel like I am paying for the convenience of being able to have it at that moment. That’s the joy of shopping at a boutique.

The customer service is horrible! They don’t let you try anything in store, then they don’t tell you have to make your exchange in 3 days. Never shopping here again. The clothes is over priced and cheap material. I purchased a shirt last minute it was too big on me and then I came back 7 days later to exchange it and they wouldn’t take the shirt back. Never ever coming here again.

Love the jeans. Only place I know of where the jeans fit me the way they do.I would give 5 stars however, they have no fitting room and all sales are final.

I purchased bodysuit top there and it was too small. When I tried to exchange it, they wouldn't. The sale person lied and said she told me bodysuits are final sale.

All the lady's are so nice Rio her sister and daughter noticed I haven't been there in awhile and notice I wasn't feeling well and talked to me for a long time.

Worst place ever. The clothes are over priced & the customer service is horrible. You're either being asked too many questions (in hope to get you out of the store quickly) or not being greeted or acknowledged at all but being watched. I saw a dress in RIO that was $45 and I got it online for $25!! Seriously!!!
