I went there for the first time since the new ownership, never again no shade for vacuum, half of them do not work correctly and they have the nerve to charge $15.00 for a wash with tire dressing when other car washing places have a $10.00 wash to include a wheel deal. It's not worth the trip. RICKS HAS BETTER SERVICE AND Wsh deals.

The David Dr location’s car wash scratched the paint on my new car. Pelican Point refused to take responsibility and refused to repair the scratches.

My vehicle was recently damaged inside the car wash, the staff was very nice. But they completely blamed it on the vehicle in front of me vs just taking responsibility. Apparently debris flew out the back of his truck and was stuck in the track, which stopped my vehicle from going forward and made me go in reverse while in neutral. I sent an email and never got a response, so that’s why I’m writing this bad review. I’ve been using Pelican Point car wash for years, but unfortunately will not be anymore. I may have to contact an attorney at some point.

I like the number of wash options and the monthly membership levels they offer. The staff are friendly and the fact that the car wash has an air nozzle and 2 different vacuum attachments helps tremendously.

Just the basic is $9 and it includes the free vacuuming but definitely recommend the other packages!

Got ridiculous scratches on my Lexus. See photos, the white scratches are from Pelican Pointe Wash on Berhman Hwy. Got a coupon from them, but will never go to them ever again. Also, their vacuums do not work. Majority of their vacuums are incredibly weak, had to go through several vacuums when I was there. NEVER AGAIN with this place, even if they send a coupon for $0.01
