I went to this location because I was having issues with my A/C; instead of just charging me to look at the A/C, the manager, Cristiana (sp.?), actually took the time to look at my car, ask me questions, and gave me some solid advice in regards to my car and what could be the issue with the A/C. I told her I needed an oil change, and Cristiana said she could get me on the same day. I got an oil change and tire rotation done in less than 45 minutes. Cristiana is a great manager, and you can see that she cares about her customers. Everyone at this location is respectful and friendly; you can tell they genuinely enjoy working together.

This NTB is the best location in the world. Christiana and Collin have good work ethics. They are professional, hospitable, caring and service oriented. It is not uncommon for them to make everyone comfortable as we wait for service. Please give them a RAISE , PROMOTION, A VACATION WITH PAY.

Collin and the Mavis team are my go to for all fleet needs. I needed 4 tires installed on a tight schedule and they went to work and found a set at one of their other local stores. They arranged for the tires to be delivered the same day and had me back on the road in no time.

Great customer service! Very quick wheel alignment at a good price that comes with a warranty. Phenomenal service all together and very professional atmosphere. Also informed me of other issues that may be wrong and gave me a good quote for that as well.

I was really impressed with the timely service we received because at the time we went there, they were short staffed but they fitted us in and we didn't have to wait for a very long period of time. I would recommend this shop to anyone who should need tire service. The staff was very helpful and kept us informed about what was going on while we waited.
