Two available ATMs on the entire Westbank, one of which is constantly out of service. Customer Service rarely returns a phone call and the wait time is very long in the building and drive through.

No handicap parking in the front sign clearly points to handicap parking the rear of building park go to back door that says handicap accessible and it's locked, stupid employee see me at door ringing the bell and asumes I'm not handicap and does not open the door had to go around the grass wet risking slipping and getting hurt and to got sit at the lobby for who know how long to close a stupid bank account it the 2022 who goes to the bank for anything you can open an account online why can't you close it that just poor thinking whoever is the ceo of this shitty bank need to get fired or re trained and how to get customer service right and don't get me started last week the atm card system did not work and had sit at a doctors office because the card keep declining horrible business. F this place.

I have proudly been a customer for over 10 years and am thankful for their customer service all across the board they are serious when it comes to protecting your interests and making sure you get the most out of your options at their bank. If I could I would give them 10 stars I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family who are also customers ??

Woman in the drive thru is rude. Push out the tray to receive money and nearly hit my car( with a few millimeters). Very careless. Did not apologized and pull back the tray. Then gave me a dirty look like I inconvenience her by coming to that lane.

Beware: they started charging a $5/month "dormant" account fee in which they deactivate your online account and drain it dry with various fees. There's no way to stop it without going there in person and closing the account.
