This location needs to have more people. I cannot continue to come here after work. Only to find that I have to wait an exceptionally long time for my prescription to be given to me. I do not understand how a pharmacy has to completely shut down for lunch when there are no other employees to cover. CVS is a huge chain and should have enough employees to handle lunchtime. The pharmacist on staff didn't even give me the time of day to walk up to me and talk to me at the service counter when I asked for a consultation. I didn't appreciate everyone's smug nature when they had a backed up line cause of the "lunch time shut down".

I do agree they have had big issue with answering phones in the pharmacy but aside from that I do find them overall to be very nice and helpful, some of their pharmacy staff are very nice and they know their regulars, which I do appreciate

I have the care pass so I get 20% off much purchase, I also get $10 a month to spend on anything in the store , I always clip my coupons and stack them to where a normal $120 bill drops to 50 bucks . I love the staff , everyone can complain about them being short staffed but people don't want to work so it's not their fault, they definitely do the best they can .I like all the pharmacist, but their is one in particular I like to go with because she always goes above and betmyond to answer my questions of meds for myself and my kids. She will sit there and do the research I'm neededTo answer my questions. I left Walgreens and came to cvs because I don't mind places being short staffed but they also never had medication I got every month in stock . Being diabetic type one I can't wait days to a week for my insulin to be available. I absolutely love this CVS and as long as it is open I will be going here

I called the pharmacy to call in a RX for my patient, and Kim answered the phone she is a pharmacist as well as a manager. She started to say very rude things about me over the phone as if i wasn't still on the phone. I just cannot believe how unprofessional she was, and when i confronted her over the phone about it she LAUGHED!!! It was absolutely disgusting the things she was saying about me. TREAT PPL HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!!

CVS Terrytown La. Horrible!!!! Can’t get anyone on the phone. When my husband asked them about the person LIED and said….oh we are having phone problems. Someone is coming to look at them. Not true!!! This has been going on for months!!! So I called and kept hitting zero and someone picked up. I told her I need to have someone in the pharmacy call me and she said hold on and transferred me to the pharmacy AGAIN. The same one who doesn’t answer the phone. They have lost our business. I know they could care less. There is no way to leave a voice message or send an email through their website!!!!

Don’t call this store with questions regarding your prescriptions. I went in after two days of endless holds and was informed they’re just not answering phones at all. Appears CVS is on the struggle bus for employees as well.

Very disrespectful and have no loyalty for their customers. Twice I booked to take my second vaccine shot only for the lady to tell me she used them all then what's the point of y'all telling us to book it online. I was told to book online so they can reserve my shot for me only to give it to someone else that's just ridiculous!!!

Cvs has been nothing but problems ever since they took over Majoria's. I kept my prescriptions there for convenience, BIG mistake! My scripts of blood thinner & heart meds were NEVER ready on time. One month they had problems with this med, next month the next script couldn't be filled. CVS blamed the hospital each month. Now that I've went elsewhere, CVS refuses to stop filling my blood pressure meds, even tho I've talked to cvs corporate THREE different times. Looks like I will have to take legal action against cvs. Stay AWAY, unless U don't really want to take Ur medicine

Pharmacy staff are horrible. The pharmacist informed me that they would only fill my prescription there if I had all other medication that I am prescribed filled there. I would think this is illegal and and abusive

In January my prescription at Majoria drugs at 888 Terry Parkway cost $15.75. One month later, CVS takes over at the same location, same people working there and the same prescription...now cost $164.00. I'll never go back there again for anything. I also talked to a few customers leaving that day, they said the same thing.
