Went there to pick up my prescription had a customer she was waiting on get to the window we closed for lunch no signage on the front door very poor customer service in the pharmacy.

2831 Belle Chasse Hwy, Terrytown, LA 70056I spoke to Andrew at this location and he was extremely helpful. He did not rush me off of the phone when the information was not readily visiable. He took the time to locate the information and shared it with me. He possess great customer service skills. I am happy he was the one to answer my call.

This has to be the most incompetent CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. Takes days to fill a prescription and it’s never easy to pick it up when it is ready

GREAT Customer Service! Ms. Shawana and the store manager were very professional, personable, educators, and genuine.They made my shopping experience amazing.Additionally, they explained the benefits of Carepass and taught me how to sign up for the program.Thank-you ladies for an amazing unsurpassed experience!Hopefully, the Pharmacy employees will eventually improve their horrible customer relations.

absolutely absurd how long the wait is. never came here and waited less than 20 minutes for simple prescriptions

I am sorry I have to leave a negative review, but hopefully something could be done. I called on Saturday to refill a prescription; I called back today (Wednesday) to get an update, the RUDE lady tells me you don’t have any refills. I said well the lady on Saturday didn’t say that. She says well you don’t with an ATTITUDE! To me, you dealing with people’s HEALTH/LIFE and most of us don’t take that lightly, seemingly to me they’d want you to get your medication. Why do they have to be rude and/or NASTY? I called the drs office and told them do not call anymore prescriptions to this pharmacy. Now, I got days wasted to get another prescription which could have been voided if the tech would have said on Saturday I didn’t have anymore refills.
SOOOOOOO SAD!!!!!
