I thought it was section 8, honestly it should be. I don't mean no offense but, it's generally still broke down to be $1000 a month. And, they need to fix their attitudes in that office.

very unprofessional, roaches, dont fix appliances, bath tub looks historic, neighbors are untrained jumping like wild animals and the office does nothing. My pictures has fallen lights shakes the people party and skates in the house! OMG no one does anything. SAD NEVER had I ever visited an apartment complex that dosent advertise that they are an extention of the zoo.

I live in Arbor Place Apartments almost a year and I never have a problem with nobody is very safe and the manager help me a lot when I need something from my apartment ?? she is very patient and so nice with the people who come to apply to the apartment very professional in her job I hope everybody find an Apartment like Arbor Place Apartments and get the personal who have there

We are residing in an apartment that has black mold growing and we have no a/c unit.The roof also leaks.. The Spanish girl in the office is rude. I tried to ask for a window unit but no help.Very unprofessional

First off I’ll start by saying VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & infested with roaches. However I’ve been being patient long enough I have to take it here … I moved out almost 2/3 before Hurricane Ida! Which they were still accepting rent from housing knowing I told them I was porting out. Also I’ve emailed them & turned in keys. Left my apartment spotless!! & I know for a fact I did because now their using it as a storage for construction. I NEVER RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK YET. Weeks ago after traveling from Texas I was told that I DIDNT RECIEVE IT BECAUSE I IWEDC”$4” wowww really $4. The new owner tells me he can take it out the deposit. Ohk why not been do that? Right ? Why make me run behind a deposit for months. As if I left it nasty. Here are the pictures of the apartment that I still haven’t gotten my deposit back for after almost a year! I didn’t leave these people property any kind of way. I cleaned it up and left it the same way I first got it ! I SUGGEST NO ONE TO MOVE HERE IM PRETTY SURE THE ROACHES ATE EVEN WORST AFTER THE HURRICANE!

I've been here 5 months and I like living here the rooms are a nice size the young lady ( Jasmine ) that works in the office is a very nice young lady the only thing is some of the parent's need to keep an eye on their kids and some have zero respect for their Neighbor. But a lot of the people are very nice and friendly.
