My rating is based on the fact that this location accepts the TSD Open Road card at the truck island diesel pumps. It is very convenient to I 20 at the Tallullah exit. They have the largest cement protective barriers I have ever seen around all of the pumps. They are so large it is very tight going through to get fuel. The nozel on the diesel pump that I used had a leak in the handle. I had so much diesel on my hands I had to clean them to reenter the rv. Needless to say the bottom of my shoes were covered from the diesel running out onto the ground. The pump area needs a good cleaning.
Update: I appreciate that you reached out to me however it is not up to me to contact your corporate office. You have an environmental hazard, a fire hazard and a mess. Just step outside and address what needs to be done.

Water is yellow, no Ac in the showers ,is been like that for long time,more than 3 months,$18 for a shower, we deserve better than this

DON'T STOP HERE. Needs extensive Cleaning. There were moldy oranges and rotten apples for sale in the bin. No soda fountain drinks available. AND definitely don't go to the restaurant. ALSO, I did contact the owner directly through their website - Never heard back from them.

Very good experience with the service!
Wasn’t busy, technicians are nice and professional guys and changed my tire very quickly with no extra issues or questions, good price and timing that is very hard to find this days on interstate…

Their showers are exactly what I imagine showers in jail are,just as “clean”.
$18 shower,I think truck drivers deserve better than this…And that’s not urine that’s the color of an actual running water there.

It wasn't too bad but the park a lot and definitely need to be fixed. You have a hole in the back about 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep. This Location definitely to be updated.

The waitress gave great service, but the food was not very good. Pancakes were hard, country fried steak was chewy, eggs were good, coffee was super old, biscuits and gravy had no flavor.

I understand it's a truck stop and they don't have many choices out on the road. But a little kindness can go a long way when your forced to eat food that not even edible, the rudeness showed how desperate they are for employees, Just saying
