If a minus 5 would be available I would have selected it. If they make a lot of money from you they cater to you but if you are a small upstart you aren't worth their time or trouble Terrible service if you are not one of their big money accounts. They do not return phone calls and cancel your orders without a courtesy call or explanation. They people answering the phone when you call act like you are bothering them by calling to ask a question or resolve a problem.
