Very strange reception when I came in and signed a notebook, but no one spoke to me. After an hour, they moved me to a massage chair. Yay! I did at least 5 20-minute passes on the chair while I read my book. My technician was super sweet and very attentive. She and Destiny and Rose are very friendly and do excellent work for good prices. If you aren't in a hurry, this is a great nail shop.

This was the worst place that I have ever been to get my nails done.
From the time you walk in, you don’t feel welcome, there’s no one to greet you.
It’s dirty the nail techs didn’t know what they were doing or maybe they just don’t care.
And I can go on and on. So if you want to relax and have a great service please stay away?

I am never disappointed in the outcome of their service but I am disappointed that every time We go there "2 or more people" we are all overcharged. This has happened to me each time and for me to continue going there says a lot about quality. My friends stopped going. I continue to go in hopes that they will stop stealing from customers who pay without getting a receipt or pay without asking questions, a 45 pedicure with gel polish turns into 55. They will tax an extra 10 on everything but waxing and if the service for three is added together look out. If the price was supposed to be 150 they will charge 200, Today I asked about it and she said it was a mistake, clearly it's not, it's a habit to overcharge certain customers, especially the elderly!! Pay Attention and SPEAK UP or just PAY UP....... I plan on finding a different nail salon so that I don't have to drive over 20 miles and leave feeling conflicted!! Sunset, La 70570

Went here a couple time first time was good second time my nail popped off within 3 days never had my nails fall off that fast they do a good job on eyebrows but will not return for my nails

Great. Nails salon is very satisfied and fully meets my requirements. Very elegant and clean. Meet my most difficult needs, full of items that I like. I was enthusiastically consulted and really satisfied. The decoration space is very luxurious and makes me comfortable when I choose this place to relax and request all the services that I desire. This establishment was voted the best facility in 2022, I will definitely come back here again, and the special thing is that the Mistress is very friendly and beautiful, she is sincere with her customers. She's so talented, I love this place.

Love love! It was my first time going, and she did such a great job, she was very nice. She asked how I wanted everything multiple times to make sure she was doing what I wanted. Great selection of colors to choose from. She was very fast, and did an amazing job. Definitely going back :) great prices as well!!

I choose to go to this salon over all the others because I’ve always had a great experience with my manicures. I’ve had issues with other salons where the paint chips and the nails fall off after a few days. I’ve kept my most recent set on for 3 weeks before they began to dull. Love that I get my money’s worth.Service: Manicures

This was the worst place I have ever been to in my life.The workers were so rude and the nail quality was horrible.I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants good nails for an event. I have to go to my cousins wedding tomorrow and my nails already fell off. I had to go to another place and those nails were better. It costs over 200 for my blue painted nails at this dump. Although I do recommend the Lux nails in Rayne way more than this place.
