“I went this morning look for cold coffee and ended up getting a Red Bull. The manager was so nice and friendly she even recommended a new one and there was none in the cooler. She said she would put some in cooler and when I got off of work I went and they sure was in the cooler and best recommendation ever taste better then the watermelon.”

“There was an incredibly belligerent woman in line in front of me and my grandfather earlier today (8/30). We were two of many people in line watching the scene unfold. I wish I could remember the name of the cashier but she handled the situation like a saint. She was so incredibly patient with her and became firm when the woman started in on other customers. I felt so bad that she had to go through that but GENUINE KUDOS to that worker. She deserves a raise for sure.

“I usually have no complaints but the last month or so the A/C hasn't been working well and it's extremely hot inside the store, which has seems to have affected the employees attitudes, they are constantly complaining and not friendly at all, when before they were all really nice.”

“The employee are not stocking all of the Lysol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes. They are keeping it for themselves so when the customers go to buy Lysol disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes there are none on the shelves. I understand there is high demand but they are keeping the Lysol disinfectant products for themselves- the employees instead waiting until they clock out after work and purchases these products like a customer. If I go in the general store in Port Barre when the truck comes in on Thursday, I ask the workers when will they stock Lysol Disinfectant Spray and wipes shelves. The workers will lie to me when they are going to but the items on the shelf to make sure when I come back there are none on the shelves. The General Dollar store workers are not putting all the Lysol disinfectant sprays and wipes on the shelf for the customers to buy because the general dollar store workers are taking most of Lysol disinfectant sprays and wipes for themselves. Also, at the General Dollar store if a customer ask a General Dollar Store worker/cashier if they have any Lysol Disinfectant spray, they look at you as if you curse them out that’s how bad it is because they”

“This is one of favorite stores. The customer service is great. The ladies are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The only thing I would suggest is clearing and organizing the the aisles a little more, some times it's hard to navigate past all the boxes.”

“Lots of great items everyone always needs from clothing, food, snacks gardening and seasonal but, the major drawback of this store is even though they have wheelchair accessible ramp, it's very difficult to enter the store in a wheelchair alone. The doors are very hard to open the isles are very narrow to maneuver in a wheelchair as well.”
