Easy to deal with, straightforward staff. Pretty reasonable prices and the guys at the desk don’t mind going the extra mile when trying to locate something. I’d suggest calling ahead, but they’re pretty quick on the phone.

They charged me for a part I was looking for and they said they had and the next day I called to see if it was already pulled and they said they didn't have it anymore because someone else had already sold it so they were good about collecting payment but also very quick to refund me so I guess they're not terrible about that part of the business.

Worst place to ever try to buy a part from.. I'm from Rosenberg Texas out of town. I come here for AC compressor because mine locked up. They told me to go to the car in the back of the yard to find the car. There's no way to get to it with so much junk around. I asked him is there anyway if you can move some stuff around it so I can get the compressor off of it. Because they said I have to pull the compressor off myself because they had no one to pull it.. well I'm walking back to the car there's four workers all sitting down smoking cigarettes. Guess they're too busy to be able to pull parts off for you.. and they told me there was nothing they can do to help. Lol. Great way to show out-of-towner customer service. Owner of Big Nate's Auto in Rosenberg Texas...
