Arrived at this business to get my elderly father’s hair cut. Walked in and the lady was on the phone with her mother and told me, “hang on a minute” (strike 1).When she finally got off of the phone (2 minutes later), she asked how she could help us. I told her that my father needed his hair cut. Her reply was “do you have an appointment ?” I told her no, we don’t have an appointment. She then tells me “I don’t have time to cut his hair because of appointments booked for later this afternoon (but she had time to talk to her mother on the phone) (strike 2).The sign attached to the outside of the business clearly says “ Appointments & Walk-Ins”. It doesn’t say “Walk-ins at our Discretion”...I then reminded her of the sign attached to the outside of the business, and her reply was, “well, we do the walk-ins at our discretion” (strike 3).Needless to say, we went elsewhere to get his hair cut.
