“Signarama is super awesome, especially Jaci! (I hope I’m spelling her name right.) I went to them one day to inquire about a custom banner for a public event I was assisting with. She listened to all our requests and preferences, made suggestions, and showed me examples. On the day I was going to finally order my banner, she sat with me and helped me 100% with the design (the event planner had specific requests) and was very patient and helpful! Once the banner finally came in (she kept me updated through the order process, and it arrived a few hours early) she helped make sure I understood how to set it up with the stand and retract and store it too.
