Two weeks ago, I brought my dog Charlotte to Petcation for an overnight stay. Initially I was little hesitant because instead of accepting phone calls, the owner or worker preferred to text, which I don't mind but it wasn’t professional in my opinion. When pulling up to the location, I almost immediately regretted the decision to leave Charlotte there because of the appearance and smell of the place. The yard was junky, the inside was disgusting, and the smell was worse. Due to this being our last option and on our way out of town, my husband assured me that she would be fine & we’d be back immediately the next day to get her. So we left her there that night, picked her up the next day. About 4-5 days later, Charlotte began throwing up, not eating, having diarrhea, and generally not being herself. We took her to the vet and found out that she tested positive from parvovirus and is currently in the hospital being treated. It was so bad that we weren’t sure if Charlotte was going to make it. I cannot be certain that she contracted the virus from Petcations, but what I do know for sure is that she will never be returning to this place again and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place no matter how desperate in need you are.

When I was out of a place to stay. My dog had her first litter of pups. I didn't want to lose her or her babies. I rented hotels but got pricey. So desperately called around and petcations so kindly took her in, loved her company. Am so thankful and appreciated all they did.

My two babies have spent many vacations at Petcations. It's so nice to know that my babies are well taken care of and get time to play and be loved on! I also love the pictures posted of my fur babies during play time. My babies really do spend time in an at home atmosphere as mentioned in our first walk through. I also loved being able to inspect the kennels, outdoor area, and play rooms before I leave. My babies wont go anywhere else!

What can I say about Petcations! They are amazing, kind, caring, sweet, friendly and treat my dogs with so much love and care it makes my heart melt. I am not about to lie I was really worried when bringing my dogs here for the first time and I admit I did a 'test run' I dropped my Pitbull and Boxer off and only planned on leaving them for just an hour. After I received updates, pictures, and responses to all of my questions in a timely manner I was very impressed and began to calm down I picked them up 3 hours later. Do not let the looks of Petcationa turn you away, they are in the middle of redecorating and giving the place some love. The love and care that each member of staff give to my dogs outweigh all fear and second-guessing I may have had. They know what they are doing and the fact they took my pitbull without judgment made a big impact on me. They take all dogs, big and small but make sure you have all of your dog's shots up to date and be willing to rest your mind when leaving your dogs. They have doggie daycare and or overnight stay. I have done both and it was a nice feeling.

Unlike a regular kennel such as a Vet’s office or other facility, this place doesn’t have that “cold” and impersonal feel. My female lab & male terrier LOVE coming to Petcations for their overnight stays. I would recommend them for daycare as well if that’s a service you’re needing! Super friendly staff and lots of room for the babies to play!

I had high hopes for this place after reading the good reviews. I boarded my dog for 3 days. I’ve never seen my dog drink as much water as she did when I brought her home. Also she wanted to go in the backyard as soon as we got home. She ran around the backyard for probably 10 minutes going nuts. I have a feeling that the dogs at Petcations are probably just in a kennel most of the time. I’ve never seen my dog act like that. Also when I walked in to pick her up they told me that she was the only one in the kennel room because all of the other dogs had been picked up already. They said she was howling and yapping in her kennel for hours that day. So three employees sat in the other room while my dog was going nuts in her kennel because she was alone. Sounds like they basically ignored my dog for the last day. Employees seemed nice but don’t let that trick you. Bring your dog some place else.

The staff is outstanding.They were very loving and kind to my Buddy.They post pictures and videos throughout the day for the client to be able to see your pet interacting with others.

I love this place! My fur baby loves going to spend the night, and sometimes just go for daycare. They are reasonable and the daily rates are cheap. $25 for a night and $10 a day!

Ms. Shannon and all the employees of Petcations are amazing and love what they do. I work almost everyday and a lot of hours so being able my bring my short haired pointer Kooze (so hyper) there to play with other dogs and run around during the day is a blessing especially with how well they work with my schedule on dropping off and picking him up. On the days he’s there I know he’s safe and in good hands plus he loves being there. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to bring their pup!

Petcations is absolutely wonderful. There is no doubt that Miss Shannon is a dog lover. My pup gets so excited every time she arrives there, she loves it so much. I really like how Alma and Jessica make puppy treats from scratch. They are excellent about keeping the pups cool during the blazing summer. They also never fail at getting the energy out of my husky, she is always exhausted from playing with others once I pick her up. I definitely recommend sending your pup(s) to doggie daycare. I have enjoyed my experience at this place and so has my husky �

The owners are really nice caring people! I truly appreciate them taking good care of my puppy while we were in town! We plan on bringing my bookie back to stay with them the next time we're in town! They really love pets and treat them like they would their own!

The price of doggie day care is SUPER reasonable and they take excellent care of all the dogs!! I take my Neapolitan Mastiff everyday while my fiancé and I are at work and he LOVES it there!! He gets excited when we pull up every morning and comes home every evening exhausted from playing with other dogs and the awesome ladies that work there!! They truly care about each and every dog that comes there!! Such a great place!! Highly recommended!!!
