currently homeschooling here, and it’s rlly easy. This school is for kids who want to work instead of go to public school, or parents who want to homeschool their kids. Other public schools will say “ you’ll have to get your ged if you go to parkview” but that’s a lie. I know many people who got their diploma going to parkview, and I’m getting mine in may. I definitely recommend this school. It’s only 300 something $ to start, and then 85$ a month. There is a senior fee, I didn’t know about that, and they let me pay it when I came back to turn in my first assignment of school work. Amazing people. Smooth process!.

Very good school to incorporate God back into my children. The best decision I ever made was pulling my girls out of public school and homeschooling them.

Very sweet receptionist, not rude at all. For the year of 2022-23 the first month fee is around $280 and $85 every month after. All you need is Transcript and Social Security number to enroll. The lady was very nice and straight to the point! I know a few graduates from here and they loved the school, I’m excited to be enrolling with them!

I graduated from the school in 2004 and it was definitely an accredited school then and now. I went straight into college with no issues at all and am currently enrolled in college courses. Anyone needing or wanting to homeschool their children, I would definitely say Parkview is a great choice.

If I could choose ZERO stars I would. This is a driving school next to this church. The prices for both adults and 15-17 year olds are the same price. Prices are ridiculous. Adults only drive 8 hours and get 6 hours of class. All the other driving schools around it were closed during the pandemic so this place took it upon their hands to take advantage of this and people's hard earned money and rose the prices. My class was $270 (which is a lot because I barely learned anything and all the instructors I had would tell me different things AND driving test is an extra $50). In total it was $320. The old prices before were $150 and when I got there the prices rose to $270. Now they are $300 plus an extra $50 for driving test and extra $100 for in vehicle training (total is between $350-$450). Adults can ONLY pay in cash while everyone else can pay in check or cash. I took the adult class last year in April 2021 (which was $270 and an extra $50 for driving test). I was treated horribly. An instructor named Debra was horrible. When I was taking the in class she started reading off names to see who had signed a paper that the other instructor (she came back later; just needed to use the bathroom) had told all of us to sign and when she got to my name and some other girl's name she really said "ugh, I'm not gonna bother pronouncing your last name". I didn't like how she outed me like that. To make it even worse she was assigned as my instructor. She was so horrible. She took me to a parking lot first. She knew that I didn't know much and when I would make my turns I would make "wide" turns and she's like "ugh, hurry up", "you're slow", "hurry up". She always said "hurry up". She was so annoying. I was stuck with her 3 out of 4 days of driving. The 2nd day I got another person named Wanda. She was more knowledgeable and taught me how to parallel park and reverse and everything that lazy Debra didn't teach me, BUT this Wanda woman asked me where I'm from, where I work, etc and I told her "I'm from Los Angeles" and she laughed at me. 3rd day: I get Debra again (ugh). I guess those women in there LOVE gossiping about the people they're teaching because the first thing Debra said to me when she saw me on the 3rd day was "so I heard you're from Los Angeles" (she laughed after saying that) and other stuff. The third day was when Debra changed her nasty, ugly attitude that she had with me the 1st day and during class. This time she would say like "good job", "great turn", etc but I know she didn't mean it (I could hear it in her voice). 4th day I was so happy because it was my last day. 4th day was also with Debra. Finished my 8 hours and I was happy so I can get the f*** out of there, but I was also assigned to her for my driving test (ughhhhh!!!). Anyways, I took my driving test like 2 days later after I finished my 8 hours of driving. I passed and I was happy because I never ever had to see Debra or any of those other women that like gossiping and are rude ever again. There's also this other woman who's old, white hair and wears glasses who would schedule everyone's driving days who was horrible too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED DRIVING SCHOOL. P.S: read the reviews on google. There's others who have complained about the rude/mean instructor & I know for a fact that the rude/mean instructor is Debra, it's so obvious.

Called to find out some information on the programs they offer, the woman who answered the phone was so rude. When I asked about a specific program she was basically being sarcastic. Like how? I was told to call there by the workforce and you have no programs. SMH

Great driving School but was told that if I didn't pay the $50 through them for the road skills test that it could take weeks to get an appointment with the DMV and that it would cost through them anyway. Complete Lie. The DMV said I could have done it with them the same day for free. All you need is a vehicle.

Awesome staff!! Also I have read other reviews that say this school is unaccredited. This is not true. It has always been accredited through private home school and southern Baptist association. For a number of years the principal of the Parkview fought to have private schools accredited with the State of Louisiana which did pass in 2010. Their diplomas are equal to that of regular state high schools. Many counselors and educators around the state are not aware of this new law. In cases where students are given trouble entering college, they have an attorney who works at straightening these issues out when needed.
