We had our explorer repaired in the service department. Friendly workers, easy text estimate. Our car was ready in 3 days total including ordering the parts. Great service.

This doesn't apply to the dealership but I had some work done at Quicklane auto shop next door. Oil change great inspection fair but not up to par and brakes which were recommended making a Grunt noise that has NEVER happened before. Everything else seemed fine including great customer service but CAN NOT allow that to happen. In the AUTO business it is EXTREMELY important to prevent DANGEROUS stuff from happening. NOT A JOKE

My husband and I travel for work and were in a time crunch. I knew that I wanted a new red F150 with leather seats and all the new safety bells. What a wonderful personal truck buying experience. I brought my farther-in-law Ted Hanks and Mother-in-law Carolyn Hanks for their advice that day. They have bought many vehicles from this Ford dealership.We made a morning appointment with Mr. Jacob Bryant a sales consultant. By the end of the day, I drove off in my new truck, what a great feeling. Mr. Bryant had all my options line up. Ready for me to test drive at my arrival. Mr. Bryant was proactive, intuitive, and genuine. Mr. Justin Johnson the finance manager ran the number each way he could accommodate us. He advised we try the Ford Motor Credit. Mr. Johnson was compassionate. We also bought the extended mile warranty. I am very happy about my visit!

There was oil on the exterior and interior of my truck when I got it back. Very careless. Would not recommend.

Scheduled appointment a week ahead for oil and tires.Got confirmation text. (I still have the text on my phone) Showed up at 8AM as scheduled on July 5th to find service department "closed for holiday sign in window", door locked lights off. Schedule me when you're closed GREAT job!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!September 26, 2020This is unreal. I've never had issues with communication like this with any shop I've ever dealt with in my 50 years of life. My truck has been in their service department for 41 days now. The last time I heard from them was two days after my truck was delivered. They told me what the cost of the repairs were, just under $6,000. I approved the repairs to be done.I have not been able to get anyone from the service department on the phone and they have not returned any of my calls since then. I have requested the service manager as well as the service "Advisor ". Both of them let their phone calls go to voicemail and do not reply. I am from out of state and have no transportation to them or anywhere else.UPDATE November 17, 2020It has now been 53 days (I've made two note payments on my truck) since my truck was dropped off at this place and I still cannot get anyone to talk to me. The repairs consist of replacing the transfer case, drive shaft, a new transmission wire assembly and a new fuel line. The service advisor told me they were just waiting on the wire assembly to come in and it was on back order.I had to have the entire engine replaced in 2017 and it only took two weeks at my home town dealership, so I was leery of this back order excuse. The part number for the wire assembly is listed on the original service estimate.I Googled the part number and every other Ford dealership and parts store has this assembly IN STOCK! I left a message with the service advisor about this and now they are really avoiding me because they know they've been caught in a lie and have exhausted their excuses for not doing their job.If I ever get my truck back I will have to go through their work with a fine tooth comb. It's obvious that they're service department is lazy, incompetent and just plainly don't care. That tells you a lot about their character, business ethics and work ethic. If the service is completed well and I don't have any other issues I will update my review with a higher rating. As for now...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I wish I would have read all of the other poor reviews on this place's service department before I CHOSE to give them my BUSINESS, almost $6,000!
